Basim recently added Orphek OR4 iCon Blue Plus LED bars (120 cm) to his reef, using our Universal Fixing Bracket Kit to mount them directly on the rail of his three EcoTech Radion XR30 G5 fixtures. The adjustable joints made it easy to dial in the angle for proper side lighting.

Why OR4 iCon Blue Plus is excellent for coral pop

The OR4 iCon Blue Plus is built for reefers who want that deep, fluorescent look. Its wide blue/violet spectrum (about 380–500 nm) is tuned for extreme coral fluorescence — the “pop” that makes SPS and LPS colors jump under actinic-rich light.

Wider blue / violet spectrum — not a single spike, but a rich blend across the blue range for fuller fluorescence and natural-looking shimmer under water.

With the mounting I was able to attach the lights directly to the rail of my three EcoTech Radion G5 XR30s.
