Das Upgrade Kit ist super, einfach zu montiert und alle Arbeitsschritte sehr gut mit Bild und Text beschrieben, der Versand verlief einwandfrei und sehr zeitnah und auch der Support war mehr als zufrieden stellend für mich!

The upgrade kit works well, but there’s a deficiency in the instructions. If you bought this because you have a burnt out LED board, you need to check your heat sink, which may have burgers and some of the screw holes that prevent the PCB from mounting properly. These need to be sanded down.

Where as I love your product, I have some, what I hope will be considered constructive criticism. In the Navy, I was a weapons electronics technician, and afterwards worked for Jabil circuit here in the USA as a electronics quality control, solder, and build tech.
1) the solder joints on nearly every component on the LED board, circuit board, and wiring were ABYSMAL... I re soldered nearly everything.
2) when I disassembled the original fixture, there was only a single 2 inch wide by 4 inch long smear of transfer paste between the LED board and the sink plate!! No wonder I've heard so many stories of premature burnout of LED's. I used premium silver transfer paste across the ENTIRE LED board.
I truly hope that considering the premium price of your product that you dramatically improve your quality control OR consider pulling production out of China if QC cannot be effectively controlled there, and bring production back to the USA.
I'm confident if you don't take definitive action on this, that your company's reputation will for producing expensive unreliable junk, when I know you've engineered a fantastic product. No mater how well engineered something is if it's not built correctly... it's just junk.
I want your company to succeed and go on to innovate and help us reef aquarium keepers provide the best possible conditions for our animals.

There were springs on it and it was not on the manual.
I asked for it where to use but never get an answer
