At Orphek, we sell, ship, and deliver worldwide!
If you can't find your country on our website, it doesn’t mean you can’t purchase Orphek products. We have dealers and distributors across the globe, and in some regions, we work with exclusive partners.

Shipping Rates, Costs, & Methods
Orphek is an international company that sells worldwide. We offer free shipping with Door-to-Door worldwide Air Express Delivery.
Shipping Restrictions
- We can only ship to countries where our shipping method is available.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification.
As we offer free shipping, Orphek selects the carrier based on factors like service quality, pricing, and delivery timing.
Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery. You will be notified via email or text message if a signature is needed. The carrier may also require a signature at their discretion and might make multiple delivery attempts before returning the shipment to Orphek if unsuccessful.
Important:
Once your order is prepared for shipment or has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. Please review the Buyer Responsibility section below for more details.
Buyer Responsibility
As a buyer, you are responsible for ensuring the information provided is accurate when purchasing Orphek products online.
- Double-check the shipping/delivery address you provide.
Orphek is unable to change the shipping address once your order has been processed or shipped. If the product is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, Orphek will not issue a refund or ship a replacement product.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@orphek.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue on your behalf.
Delay in Shipping & Delivery
Please be aware that the pandemic, including lockdowns, slowdowns, or other national or regional emergencies, may cause shipping and delivery delays.
While Orphek provides free Door-to-Door worldwide Air Express Delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays that are beyond our control once the order leaves our facilities. We are committed to working with you to ensure smooth delivery.

Missing or Lost Packages
If you encounter any issues with your delivery, Orphek is committed to resolving the problem as quickly and conveniently as possible. Please contact us for customer assistance.
If you have received your order and find that it is damaged, please refer to the Orphek WARRANTY for guidance on how to proceed.
Customs , duties & taxes
Orphek does not operate Customs brokerage services, and it will not be held responsible for the customs clearance of the products purchased by its clients. It is the client’s obligation to check for the local customs legislation, duties, import Vat, etc.
Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the buyers country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the buyer; Orphek has no control over these charges, nor can Orphek predict what they may be, therefore it is not responsible for these charges.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Orphek does not and will not operate as a representative or contact point of the clients towards the authorities if any product purchased will be held in custody of customs.
Damage During Shipping & Delivery
Please inspect your package upon arrival for any significant damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, but if you notice damage to your item(s), it is crucial to retain the shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
Have all information about the purchased product, including its shipping tracking number, ready when you contact the carrier.
