We think that we have designed what we believe to be an amazing product and we did our best to provide a high quality service but, if you need to cancel an item, we are here to help understand the conditions and the entire process.
There are a few important things to keep in mind when asking for a refund of a purchase you made from us, so we invite you to review the following terms related to getting a refund.
Orphek gives free shipping with Door to Door worldwide Air Express Delivery therefore there are no refunds of shipping cost or fees.
IF YOU WISH TO CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER BEFORE SHIPPING
After your order has been processed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment department for shipping.
If you have made a mistake in your order and wishes to change it or even to cancel it, you need to contact us immediately.
If your order has not been shipped yet it can be cancelled and refunded.

Once your order was processed and it has already left our facilities for shipping
Unfortunately, orders that have been already shipped cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded.

Late or missing refunds

Orphek gives free shipping with Door to Door worldwide Air Express Delivery and it is quite expensive, therefore Orphek operates a No Return Policy.
Unfortunately, orders that have been already shipped cannot be cancelled, refunded or returned.
